AGREEMENT

Stephen Fournier, dba PennyPool, agrees to process major credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) transactions on your behalf, in exhange for five cents of each dollar collected. PennyPool will render a weekly accounting and issue a weekly disbursement (except as you may direct upon payment of an additional fee).
