Tends machine that pumps ink into tubes (reservoirs) to permeate marking pen fillers or fills ballpoint refills, using any of following methods: (1) Places fillers in tubes and inserts nozzle of filler machine into tube and pushes button to start machine that pumps specified amount of ink into tubes. (2) Inserts cotton filler into cartridge tube by hand. Places tube into holding device of inking machine. Depresses pedal to start filling mechanism. (3) Fills hopper of machine with refill components for ballpoint pen. Starts machine that automatically fills tube with ink, joins ballpoint to inked tube, and crimps tube to seal ink in tube.
