Threads fiber rug material through machine or sews end of new roll to end of preceding roll in machine. Pushes switch to start machine that moves material through coating bath and drying compartments onto rewind roller. Cleans machine and equipment, using water, solvents, brushes, scrapers, and chisel. Prepares production report on rugs coated. May operate machine equipped with automatic sprays to coat rugs or padding.
