Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and storing cast iron molds and mold parts used to make glass containers: Examines and feels forming pins, neck rings, and inner surfaces of molds for scale, scratches, and nicks. Verifies dimensions of molds after cleaning, using go-not-go gauges. Receives mold change orders for production machines, inspects storeroom for specified molds and notifies mold making department of mold shortages. Performs other duties as described under Supervisor (any industry) Master Title.
