Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in processing sugar-beet molasses, and in operating kilns to produce lime and carbon-dioxide gas used for carbonation of raw sugar-beet juice. Directs workers in diluting molasses, mixing lime with solution, and recovering hot and cold saccharate cake and filtrate from filter presses. Performs other duties as described under Supervisor (any industry) Master Title.
