Observes time, temperature, and pressure recording charts on fermenting tanks and compares with job order specifications. Directs workers in yeast pitching, fermenting, and pumping operations to ensure conformance to specified production procedures. May test specific gravity of wort. Performs other duties as described under Supervisor (any industry) Master Title.
