Starts machine that automatically pumps measured amounts of cheese onto interleaves in trays, and spreads cheese into slices of specified size. Straightens interleaves, replaces clogged dispenser, or feeder needle, scrapes cheese from tamper and vacuum openings in tray, and removes malformed slices.
