Examines and feels yeast throughout process for color, consistency, and sharpness of breaking edge. Observes progress of yeast through filter pressing, mixing, extruding, and packaging operations to ensure continuous workflow, conformity to specifications, and sanitary conditions. Prepares and submits requisitions for materials and supplies. Performs other duties as described under Supervisor (any industry) Master Title.
